Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management

The Department of Management in the College of Business at Iowa State University is inviting applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level in OB/HRM starting in August 2012. Applicants must provide evidence of strong research potential (such as publications in top-tier journals), and a PhD in OB/HRM or a closely-related field will be required by the starting date.
Iowa State University is a land-grant university with an enrollment of approximately 29,000 and is ranked among the top 50 public national universities by U.S. News & World Report. The College of Business enrolls approximately 3,500 undergraduate and 275 graduate (Master's and PhD) students and is housed in the Gerdin Business Building, which has state-of-the-art teaching technology and research facilities.
The faculty in the Department of Management consists of 14 tenured or tenure-track faculty who have strong research records as evidenced by recent articles published in such top journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
