    Would you like to work in Beijing? School of Business at Renmin University of China (RBS) is a leading business school in China. The Department of Organization and Human Resources invites applications for Associate and full Professor to teach and to conduct research in one of the following areas: organizational behavior/organization theory/leadership, or a closely-related field. Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency and commitment to do both quality teaching and research. Salary is competitive and will depend on qualifications, experience as well as research and teaching record. We prefer the candidate with Ph.D. degree who works at a world-class research university.
