Dear Colleagues,
We are seeking potential contributors to a symposium submission at the
Academy of Management annual meeting in August 2012. The aim of the
symposium is to compare and contrast different approaches to the
conceptualisation of bias within a diversity perspective. We are seeking
papers that would represent different theoretical perspectives and present
findings from research or practice. The aim would be to discuss the
implications of these different approaches for research and practice. We
currently have three papers and are seeking two additional contributors.
