I'm revising a course on Organization Transformation and Change and am looking for two relatively new online case studies that can be used to illustrate the effectiveness of the Tushman-O'Reilly Congruence and the Burke-Litwin Models. We currently use the CGIAR Gender Equity and Organizational Effectiveness and Beyond Blue from Business Week Online, both very good, but have used these for a while and they are ready to be changed. The only requirements are that they (1) appropriate for the MBA level, (2) be accessible online (through an online DB / library is fine), and (3) free (with subscription).
