    Dear Colleagues,
Please find below all the recommendation I got for reference of research in Business
    I also recommend

Research Methods for Business: A Skill-Building Approach Uma Sekaran (Author) ISBN-13: 978-0471331667

as an easy reading for MBA and undergraduate students

I like Shadish and also Nunnally

Shadish, Cook, and Campbell. Experimental and quasi-experimental methods for generalized causal inference.
The above book is the gold standard in experimental design. But it is a bit heavy.

A nice complement (recommended reading I guess) to this book would be:
Aronson, Ellsworth, Carlsmith, Gonzales. Methods of research in social psychology.

Schwab, D. P. (2005). Research methods for organizational studies, 2nd Edition. Mahwah, NJ: Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, Publishers. (ISBN 0-8058-4727-8)) for quantative research and Corbin and Strauss for qualitative, with a variety of articles to read that supplements with new advancements and exemplifies different techniques

"Research Methods for Organizational Studies" - Schwab

"Foundations of Behavioral Research" - Kerlinger

    "Experimental and Quasi-Experimental Designs"-Shadish, Cook & Campbell

The first book will probably serve your needs, but I would definitely recommend the second two if you are training Ph.D. students.

Shadish cook and Campbell.  Experimental and quasi-experimental design.  A classic for all graduate students.

I have used John Creswell's Research Design Third Edition (2009) as a good source.

Pedhazur and Schmelkin "Measurement,, Design, and analysis: an integrated approach.

This is a good theoretical text. For actual calculations I would consider Tabachnik and Fidell.

Reis, H. T., & Judd, C. M. (Eds.). (2000). Handbook of research methods in social and personality psychology. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press.
    [ISBN-10: 9780521559034]
Sansone, C. C., Morf, C., & Panter, A. T. (Eds.). (2004). The Sage handbook of methods in social psychology. Thousand Oaks, CA: Sage.

    Nunnally: Psychometric Theory, McGraw-Hill

Mahwah, NJ: Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, Publishers. (ISBN 0-8058-4727-8)) for quantative research and Corbin and Strauss for qualitative, with a variety of articles to read that supplements with new advancements and exemplifies different techniques
