Seeking Exercise on Risk

    I am looking for an exercise that I can use with executives that focuses on risk in decisions.  In particular, this organization is highly risk averse and they want to engender a new culture of risk taking.  I am looking for something that will challenge them to think about risk in ways that aren't detrimental to the organization.  Any thoughts on cases, exercises, or content that might help me, is greatly appreciated.
