Training Transfer Symposium for AoM 2012
We are seeking expressions of interest from potential contributors to a symposium submission entitled "Conceptual and Methodological Advances in Understanding Training Transfer" for next year's Academy of Management (AOM) conference, to be held in Boston 3-7 August 2012.
This symposium aims to present and discuss approaches and studies that address conceptual and methodological shortcomings identified in recent reviews and meta-analyses in the area of training transfer.
This opportunity will serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among scholars and practitioners; advancing our understanding of the psychological and behavioural processes involved in training effectiveness. We seek diverse contributions, and hope to gather an exciting mix of participants.
