    Dear colleagues,

My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on individuals' network centrality (e.g., degree, in-degree, out-degree, betweenness, closeness, information) and egocentric network characteristics (e.g., constraint, efficiency, structural holes, size, range). We aim to examine antecedents (personality characteristics) and outcomes (e.g., in-role and extra-role performances, career success) of centrality (or egocentric network characteristics) at the individual level of analysis. We have conducted a comprehensive search of the published literature and are now seeking other unpublished papers that cover the relationship between personality characteristics and individual centrality (or egocentric network characteristics), or the relationship between individual centrality (or egocentric network characteristics) and individual outcomes.
