    Dear All,
Are you planning to attend the ISSWOV Conference in Goa, India next June (details in trailing mail)? This might of interest to you.
Well, I am thinking about submitting a symposium proposal - focusing on ethics and leadership - for the 13th Biennial ISSWOV Conference, June 24-27, Goa, India.
The objective is to present both conceptual and empirical research that throws new light on relation between ethics and leadership. Studies in both organizational and non-organizational contexts are welcome. Many organizations are still struggling to emerge from the fallouts of scandals, chiefly perpetrated and cultivated by leaders who have questionable integrity and character. Simultaneously,  recent years have witnessed popular movements demanding clean and transparent governance. This symposium is intended to develop a greater understanding of the relationships between leadership, leaders character, culture and ethical practices.
Papers that refine and develop upon current theories, relate practice to theory, or illustrate the power and impact of ethical/unethical leadership through case studies are especially welcome. We will have room for three or four papers in the symposium proposal. If interested, please send me the abstract of your paper (about 250 words) to me latest by December 11, 2011. The abstract should include the objective(s) of the study/paper, and as applicable, methodology, sample characteristics, key findings, and discussion.
I will be compiling all the abstracts and submit the symposium proposal by Dec 16, 2012.  You can also send me an overview of your paper/abstract, if desired,  at  rakeshagrawal.dr@gmail.com or at rkagrawal@imt.edu by 5th Dec before making the final submission.
    Warm regards,
    rakesh agrawal
