Farh & Bedeian have one for goal-setting theory, although I'm not convinced it works as well as they claim it does.
I used a basketball challenge (throw a football into a bin) to illustrate expectancy theory and goal-setting, using someone who was clearly a basketball player and someone - a volunteer - who clearly wasn't. I added genuine monetary incentives, going all the wasy up to $300 for a long shot. It went very well.
Call if you want more details.

Subject: [OB-LIST] Short case for Motivation
Colleagues
Desperately seeking a short(ish) case that fleshes out theories of Motivation for an MBA audience. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Best,
Kyle Bruce
