Responsibilities: Provides excellence in teaching Management courses primarily in the area of human resource management which may include both undergraduate and graduate courses as required by the department; conducts quality research and publishes the results thereof in recognized academic journals; performs other service duties typically associated with the professorate; teaches three sections per term (six sections total); position includes a graduate teaching assistant and potential funding to attend scholarly conferences.
Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or D.B.A. or equivalent degree in Management or a related area; demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and research or potential for excellence.
