The Management and International Business Department of Florida International University's College of Business Administration invites applicants for the following open positions:
v Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of OB/HR
Required qualifications include: a Ph.D. in Business Administration or related field and the ability to teach undergraduate, masters, doctoral and executive education courses. Teaching excellence is expected and the assignment may include HR and/or OB courses with offshore opportunities. Applicants should be recognized as having capacity for publishing in premier journals in Management. Compensation is highly competitive and includes numerous supplemental resources.
The College of Business and particularly the International Business programs at FIU are recognized as being among the top in the United States. Through partnerships with over thirty distinguished foreign universities, an advanced study abroad program and offshore MBA programs, the College has established international prominence. The Department of Management and International business houses two nationally recognized centers, the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and Center for Global Entrepreneurship. Our faculty and doctoral students maintain strong commitments to the Academy of International Business (AIB), the Academy of Management (AOM) the Strategic Management Society (SMS) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) through publication, editorship, reviewing, conference involvement and organizational offices.
