TENURE TRACK ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION
IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

The Management Department at the University of Central Florida is seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Management, with expertise in Organizational Behavior, beginning August 2012. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a closely related discipline (e.g., I-O Psychology) or anticipate completing their degree by Fall 2012. Senior Assistants are strongly encouraged to apply. Salary, teaching load and research support are commensurate with other major research institutions.
We seek candidates demonstrating strong potential for excellence in research and teaching. We are not committed to any particular area of research; we are open to applications from any scholar asking interesting and important research questions within the field of Organizational Behavior. Candidates must be pursuing a high-quality research program with the objective of publishing their work in the top management journals. In terms of teaching, we seek candidates who have strong teaching skills at various student levels (e.g., undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D.).
The Management Department at UCF includes the areas of Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Current faculty include Maureen Ambrose, Michael Ciuchta, Erwin Danneels, Robert Folger, Cameron Ford, Robert Ford, Stephen Goodman, Carol Saunders, and Marshall Schminke, reflecting strong scholarship across a broad array of research domains. Our group includes two former associate editors of the Academy of Management Journal, a current associate editor of Journal of Management, a former editor of Academy of Management Executive, a former associate editor of Business Ethics Quarterly and a former editor-in-chief of MIS Quarterly.
