Your friend could do a part time doctorate at Cranfield School of Management
in the UK. I'm living in USA and doing the DBA there myself. It involves a 4
year program with occasional one week trips to the campus (approx. 50 miles
north of London) and the rest of the work done from wherever you reside. The
cohort is exceptionally international (our year hails from 9 different
