    Dear Colleagues,
     
    I teach a gradutae course on HR that is delivered to MBA students with a professional experience. In the College of Business at the University of New Haven where I work, we are now working on the AACSB and the course I teach has been chosen to assess students' capabilities of leadership and followership in a group environment. 
    I need to come up with a rubric that is good enough to help assessing the outcome mentioned. In this course students work with their team members on different activities in class and outside the class.  
    I would appreciate any help you may provide at this level and I welcome any ideas you may have.
