    Dear colleagues,

    We are finalizing a symposium proposal for SIOP that focuses generally on key correlates of effectiveness for virtual teams. We had three great papers, but one group of researchers had to drop out. If you are currently working on a project that involves virtual teams in an organizational setting and would be interested in being a part of our symposium, we would like to hear from you.
