The goal of the Institute for Leadership is to create new knowledge that will improve the practice of business leadership and help develop the next generation of business leaders. The post-doctoral research fellow will work collaboratively with the Executive Director of the Institute for Leadership, affiliated faculty and PhD students, and industry partners to conduct research related to the development of character in business leadership.
