Dear colleagues,
I would like to invite interested presenters for a symposium on generational issues for the 2012 SIOP meeting.
This symposium is seeking papers that present an empirical or a conceptual study examining generational issues. Examples of your research topic areas may include (but not limited to) antecedents/consequences of generational issues, intervention or training to address generational issues, etc.
As of now, we have two presenters and a discussant. One paper in this session presents an empirical study of transformational leadership and generational issues. Another paper examines the relationships among organizational culture, employee engagement, and generation.
