    Dear Colleagues,

We are organizing a Person-Organization (P-O) fit symposium for the 2012 SIOP meeting and would like to invite interested presenters to join our session.

Possible focus of your research papers may include but is not limited to the following: antecedents and/or outcomes of P-O fit, the role of personality traits in perceptions of P-O fit, P-O fit in other cultures, etc.

If you have a theoretical or an empirical study that you would be interested in presenting during the SIOP meeting, please reply to this email address (mastakho@gmail.com) with a brief description of your study. Due to time constraints, we would appreciate your quick response to our posting. Thank you. We look forward to collaborating with you!

    Sincerely,

    Marina Astakhova & Cathy DuBois

P.S. If you are organizing a P-O fit symposium and are looking for participants, please let us know as well. We will be glad to participate as presenters. We have a paper that discusses the role of personality traits (Big Five and Self-Efficacy) in individuals' perception of organizational attractiveness under complementary P-O fit.
