Hi:
Can anyone recommend a validated (and ideally short) managerial
performance scale measure (perceptual) that can be completed by the
manager's boss? Something that captures whether the manager has met
performance targets, their cooperation with other departments, the
viability of the team they lead, etc. I am not interested in a
leadership style scale by the way.
