    Greetings colleagues,

    I am organizing an applicant reactions research symposium for the 2012 SIOP conference and I am looking for other interested presenters to join our session.

    Currently, we have two papers for the session: one will be focusing on applicant reactions in a reapplication context and the other will be focusing on applicant reactions across the selection process and their impact on withdrawal intentions and behavior.
