    Dear colleagues,

You are cordially invited to join us at our symposium titled "Operationalizing Team-level Constructs: What Lies beyond Aggregations?"

This symposium brings together a number of leading scholars to discuss the topic of how constructs should be operationalized at the team level. The panel intends to address issues above and beyond the traditional methods of aggregation, including (1) the over reliance on the .70 cut-off used w ith rw g and other statistics, (2) the functions and structures of collective constructs, (3) the validation of emergent team constructs, (4) the use of time in measuring team behavior, and (5) the contribution of complex system research.

Panelists: Matthew A. Cronin (George Mason U), Richard Klimoski (George Mason U), Mary Waller (York U), David Hofmann (U of North Carolina), James LeBreton (Purdue U) and Corinne Coen (Case Western Reserve U)
Time/Place: Monday, Aug 15 from 4:45PM to 6:15PM at La Quinta Inn & Suites in the Crockett East room
