A colleague and I are working on a symposium for SIOP that presents research regarding leadership development across cultures. So far, we have a paper that looks at the validation of a 360-degree feedback tool in over 20 countries, and another paper that investigates leadership development challenges in 7 countries.
We are looking for papers that add value to this symposium. If you have data that relates to this topic and are interested in participating, please email me at
