Position and Qualifications
The Management Department of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in human resources/leadership/organizational behavior at the Assistant/Associate Professor level to begin in Fall 2012. The minimum qualifications for this position are the following: a Ph.D. in HR, OB, or a related field; two A-level publications and evidence of a productive research agenda; and demonstrated excellence in teaching.
The nine-month faculty position has ample research and teaching support to successfully develop and sustain a quality stream of research and classroom quality. The Huntsman School faculty is expected to conduct original research of high quality, demonstrate excellence in the classroom, provide informal leadership in his/her given program, and make meaningful contributions to the academic and professional communities. The nine-month salary is competitive and based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Summer teaching and research grants may be available.
