University of China (RBS) is a leading business school in China. The
Department of Organization and Human Resources invites applications
for Assistant/Associate Professor to teach and to conduct research in
one of the following areas: organizational behavior/industrial and
organizational psychology/human resource management/organization
theory/ organizational sociology, or a closely-related field.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate potential and commitment to do
both quality teaching and research. Salary is competitive and will
depend on qualifications, experience as well as research and teaching
record. We prefer candidates with Ph.D. degree at the time of
application or those who will win it before August 2012.
