Dear Colleagues,
I would like to add on to Jodi's original question regarding course materials, and ask if anyone has recommendations for good readings/exercises/cases for Delegation. I teach the fulltime MBAs and when we did an assessment center with the first years, the biggest weaknesses were monitoring and delegation. I'd love to give them some skill building opportunities in this area, so any suggestions are welcomed.
Thank you,

Subject: [OB-LIST] Good article for structure/strategy
Hello all,
I want to update my reading list for my MBA organizational behavior class. I'd like an article that lays out the relationship between structure and strategy and also gets into some detail about how to think about structure (it may be 2 articles). Do you have any recommendations? I've been using 'Do you have a well-designed organization?' but find that it's a little too detailed to get into for one class. Thoughts?
Thank you.
Best
