    I facilitate a consortium that has been working on the Leader Behaviour Description Questionnaire XII across cultures for the past 14 years. We have a well-validated version for the USA and UK of 100 items, an experimental charismatic leader behaviour scale that can be added, and an experimental version that is 60 or 65 items (if you include the charisma scale). Versions are available in English, German, French, Spanish (Es and Mx, seems to work o.k. in Chile), Romanian, KiSwahili, Afrikaans, Turkish, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Public domain for not-for-profit use.

    Robert Liden created an instrument to measure four variables of LMX. The instrument is named the LMX-MDM. In my email conversations with Dr. Liden, he stated that it is in the public domain.
