    Hello ,
    I am initiating research on inclusion of people with disabilites in corporate
    sector .
    Jobs should include only those jobs where they have competitive advantage over
    others
    For example , Hearing impaired people are good at visual related tasks , blind
    are good at fragrance /sense of touch / hearing

    I am looking for references to work done by different scholars in this field

    I will appreciate any information in this regards
