ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR POSITION

The Management Program in the A. B. Freeman School of Business is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor position in the area of Organizational Behavior. This will be a full-time, tenure track appointment to begin Fall semester, 2012. Candidates are expected to hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a related discipline. Salary, teaching load and research support are commensurate with other major research institutions.
We seek candidates demonstrating strong potential for excellence in scholarship with the expectation that the individual will publish in the most respected journals in Organizational Behavior and related disciplines. We are not currently committed to any particular area of research, theory or methodological approach, but are open to applications from any scholar asking interesting and important research questions within the field of Organizational Behavior. In terms of teaching, we seek candidates who have strong teaching skills at all student levels, including MBA, undergraduate and Ph.D.
The Management Program in the Freeman School includes the areas of Organizational Behavior and Strategy. The Organizational Behavior faculty include: Michael Burke, Adrienne Colella, Angelo DeNisi, Lei Lai, and Greg Oldham. Strategy faculty include: Bert Cannella, Cindy Devers, Ana Iglesias, Jennifer Merluzzi, and Carmen Weigelt.
