The Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at the Ivey Business School, Western University, London, Ontario, Canada, has instituted an annual prize for the best leadership article published in a top-tier journal. We celebrate a scholarly leadership article with the most "impact" 3 years after it was published. The award is associated with a $1,000 prize and a plaque.
This year the award goes to:
