The D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University invites applications for a tenured Associate/Full Professor position in Organizational Behavior in the Management and Organizational Development Group (MOD), with employment beginning 2015-16. Teaching responsibilities will be in organizational behavior and related areas.
Although the candidate selected will teach primarily Organizational Behavior in the undergraduate and graduate programs, the DMSB has extensive graduate and executive programs where it would be expected that a senior hire could effectively function (e.g., leadership, negotiations)
Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior and have earned tenure at a national or international research university, be committed to excellence in teaching and research, and have a strong record of scholarship especially in research methods. The candidate must have experience in, or demonstrated commitment to, working with a diverse staff and student population.

Employment terms are competitive and negotiable. Support for a faculty member's research is broad and includes opportunities to receive summer grants, teaching release time for "A" journal hits, and travel stipends for presentations at academic conferences. A number of faculty research Chairs/Fellowships are available on a competitive basis and rotated from year to year based on research proposals and productivity.
