    Dear colleagues,

     

    we are currently conducting a meta-analysis on Selection, Optimization, and Compensation (SOC) strategies applied in the work context (also known as the model of Selective Optimization with Compensation; Baltes & Baltes, 1990).


    We have already conducted an exhaustive review of the published literature and, as a final step, we would now like to ask you for your support by sending us any unpublished or in-press manuscripts, conference presentations, dissertations, master's theses, raw data etc. that include a measure of SOC strategies applied in the work context (also SOC measures that do not explicitly refer to the work context).
