The Department of Management and Quantitative Methods (MQM) has multiple openings for tenure-track faculty members at the Assistant/Associate Professor level (pending budget approval), preferably to begin August 16, 2012. Doctorate in an appropriate field and prior university teaching experience required for consideration at the Associate Professor level. Senior ABDs may be considered if in late stages of the program (note that the dissertation proposal defense must occur prior to the campus visit).
Typically, faculty members carry a 3-3 teaching load (no more than 2 preps), teach two days a week (either MW or TR schedule) and class size average is about 27 students. Candidates must be able to demonstrate potential and commitment to do both quality teaching and research. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.

Assistant/Associate Professor of ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: In the OB area we offer courses in Introduction to OB, Leadership, Teams and Team Development, Decision Making, Organizational Change, and Organizational Culture. In the HR area we offer courses in Introduction to HRM, Labor and Employee Relations, Compensation, and Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. In addition, we offer a variety of undergraduate and graduate elective options.
