Hi all,
I am looking for a team exercise that demonstrates the relevance and importance of shared mental models.
The aim of the exercise is NOT to show the team the "sharedness" (or lack thereof) of their existing mental models, but rather to illustrate the potential negative outcomes when a shared understanding is absent.
The exercise can be related to any aspect of shared understanding and should be suitable for use in an organizational team context.
I will compile all references and post the complete list.
Many thanks!
