    Hello OB-net,

         My colleagues and I are in the final stages of conducting a meta-analysis on the interrelationships between job demands, job control, supervisor, and coworker support.  In an effort to better represent the effect size of each of these job characteristics, we are calling for any and all unpublished work that might have measured two or more of these constructs and would be willing to share summary statistics with our research team.

       If you have data that you are willing to share, please contact me with correlations between the constructs, available psychometric information (i.e., reliabilities), basic study-level information (response rate, % female, average age, average job tenure), sample size and how you would like to have the study cited in the final manuscript.

       Thanks to all those willing to share their data in advance, your contributions to projects such as ours help to advance our science of management.
