    Dear All-

My colleagues and I are interested in identifying measures of employees' perceptions of the degree to which their organizations are committed to serving the greater good and/or employee perceptions of their organization's commitment to corporate social responsibility.  Could anyone suggest some appropriate multi-item measures of these constructs? I will be happy to summarize responses for the list.

    Many thank,

    Linda Skitka
