Hello,
I am currently working on a research project focused on the crossover effects of work-family enrichment on nurses' partner in Italy. In particular, I would investigate if employees' experience of enrichment could benefit partner's well-being and marital satisfaction and how this could influence the employees' reciprocation toward the organization.
I am looking for anyone interested in the same area to exchange ideas and comments to refine it and develop a collaboration.
