Hi Douglas,
you may take a look at

styles of handling interpersonal conflict: First-order factor model and its
invariance across groups. Journal of Applied Psychology, 80(1), 122-132.

Betreff: [OB-LIST] Looking for reading on conflict management styles
Colleagues:
I'm trying to find a good reading on conflict management styles,
specifically, 5 distinct styles popularized by Kenneth Thomas, among others.
Ideally would be accessible to an MBA audience; think Harvard Business
Review or AME style. Would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Doug Pugh
