Hi All,
I am doing a PhD on organisational emotional intelligence and it's impact on employee attitudes and behaviour, and would like to hear of major works and research publications in this area, including anything still in print and/or unpublished.
I am following Higgs and Dulewicz (1999, 2002) definition of organisational emotional intelligence as a perception of senior managers' behaviour i.e. a type of EI climate prevalent in the organisation and NOT the sum total of individuals' EI.
But I am interested in any views and/or work in EI at the organisational level, especially those that disagree with group-level or organisational level conceptualisations of EI.
I will compile and circulate all references. Thank you in advance for any postings on this topic.
