    Dear colleagues,

    We are conducting a meta-analysis on psychological safety (Edmondson, 1999) and our study is hoping to examine antecedents and consequences of psychological safety at the group and individuals levels of analysis.     We have conducted a comprehensive search of the published literature and are now seeking other unpublished papers and data that cover psychological safety at the group or individual levels of analysis.
     
    If you have any conference presentations, technical reports, dissertations, unpublished/in press papers, or unpublished data you think might be appropriate and are willing to share with us, you can send them via e-mail to me at mlfrazie@odu.edu.  Also, please let us know how you would like us to cite your paper.
