Questionnaire Development

    Dear all,

     

    I am currently working on a questionnaire supposed to find out the relationship of employee development with organizational behavior in the context of performance appraisal.

     

    I have developed major portion of the questionnaire by collecting bit and pieces from various available papers on the topic, as I hardly found studies that are directly related to my theoretical framework. Therefore, I am wondering if anyone could help me in the finalization of the questionnaire so that I may float it for pilot study.

     

    If there is anyone who want that I should send him/her my questionnaire with the theoretical framework, I will be happy to share them all. Of course, I can compile a file with all suggested references, which I can share with you.
