The Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA) at Wayne State University is pleased to announce its full set of Research Methods Short Course and Workshop offerings for April, May, and June of 2011! CARMA is an interdisciplinary center with a management/organizational emphasis that is now celebrating its thirteenth year of operation. More than 1,000 faculty and students from universities throughout the world have attended CARMA Short Courses since the summer of 2004. Also, nearly 300 different universities have participated in the CARMA Consortium Webcast and International Video Library Programs since 2005. The CARMA Team would like to inform you that:
• These events will be held at four locations, including our traditional set of nine courses at Virginia Commonwealth University (May16-21).
• Three international venues will be used, including Australia (April 27-29), France (June 17-18), and India (June 25-26).
• The topics of our short courses and workshops include a wide range of introductory and advanced quantitative and qualitative methods, each includes a mix of lecture and hands-on experiences, and our instructors include editors/past editors and editorial board members of leading management and organizational journals.
