    We apologize for any cross-postings.

    Dear OB Colleagues,

A research team at George Mason University is completing a meta-analysis
related to the construct of shared/collective/distributed/rotated/lateral
    leadership in teams.

We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g., working papers, papers accepted
for publication, dissertations, master's theses etc.), conference
presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters reporting the
    relationships between shared/collective/distributed/lateral/rotated
leadership and other correlates (e.g. diversity, team size, cohesion,
    performance, etc).
If you have done some research in this area, we would be grateful if you
    would provide us with:

    1) Description of your samples, tasks performed, and instruments used

    2) The correlation matrix reporting means, standard deviations,
reliabilities, and correlations of the included variables.

If you are unsure whether your study fits this call, please do not hesitate
    to contact us.

Thank you for your time and consideration of this request!

    Best regards,

    Vias C. Nicolaides
