RE: Request for Behavioral Self-Reported Employee Engagement Measure

I've provided the entire list of publications that were shared as a result of my request for a behavioral focused measure of Engagement (original request at end of email). The scales that most obviously include a behavioral component (in my opinion) are in Rich, B. L., LePine, J. A., & Crawford, E. R. (2010), and, May, D. R., Gilson, R. L., & Harter, L. M. (2004). Both of these articles rely on Kahn's (1990) tripartite definition of Engagement. Thanks so much to everyone who responded.

    Hi,

I'm looking for a measure of self-reported behavioral Employee Engagement. Ideally something that is:

    1. Similar to those constructs described by Macey & Schnieder (2008) in their SIOP Perspectives article, The Meaning of Employee Engagement.
    2. Comprehensive in nature (i.e., measures multiple forms of behavioral Engagement)
    3. Published.
    4. Free for academic use.
    Thanks in advance.
