I've provided the entire list of publications that were shared as a result of my request for a behavioral focused measure of Engagement (original request at end of email). The scales that most obviously include a behavioral component (in my opinion) are in Rich, B. L., LePine, J. A., & Crawford, E. R. (2010), and, May, D. R., Gilson, R. L., & Harter, L. M. (2004). Both of these articles rely on Kahn's (1990) tripartite definition of Engagement. Thanks so much to everyone who responded.

Hi,
I'm looking for a measure of self-reported behavioral Employee Engagement. Ideally something that is:
- Similar to those constructs described by Macey & Schnieder (2008) in their SIOP Perspectives article, The Meaning of Employee Engagement.
- Comprehensive in nature (i.e., measures multiple forms of behavioral Engagement)
- Published.
- Free for academic use.
Thanks in advance.
