    " I need help.  Does anyone know or have the information on the top ranking journals in management that have published in the area of OB and/or cross-cultural management, specifically with international management topics?  I need to carry out a meta-analytic review paper and want to get the top 10 journals in management, thanks for the help"

    Dear Norhayati Zakaria,

    As a good starting point, I recommend to use Harzing's Journal Quality List (JQL), which is available on the following site:


    In this list you find a plethora of journals grouped into several categories. Depending on which criteria you like to build your ranking on, you could opt for different paths. In one of my classes I used the Hirsch-Index provided by Publish or Perish (see also www.harzing.com).
