Chris,
My syllabus for Cultural Diversity in Organizations (from 2009) is available here: http://bernardoferdman.org/Articles/ORG7330_Spring_2009_syllabus.pdf
You can find additional syllabi here: http://division.aomonline.org/gdo/teaching/teaching_syllabi_g.htm.
It would be nice if you share your independent study reading list, once it's ready, with the list (or at least with me).
Regards,
Bernardo Ferdman

Subject: [OB-LIST] Question about Diversity / Cultural Studies Syllabi
Hello everyone,
My name is Chris Drake, and I'm a first-year PhD student in Management at Wharton. I hope everyone's 2011 is off to a nice start. I'm writing because I am about to do an independent study focusing on cultural diversity. I'm wondering if any of you might have a seminar syllabus that focuses on cross-cultural interaction in organizations, or about diversity pertaining to national origin and/or race/ethnicity. If you have any suggestions, please send them to drakec@wharton.upenn.edu. I would really appreciate any insight you might have!
Again, I wish you the best, and thanks in advance for any of your help!
Cheers,
Chris
