We are in the process of putting together a symposium for the upcoming AOM Conference that will focus on the topic of person-organization (P-O) fit and related issues. Specifically, we are exploring how internal (e.g. the individual's personality, etc.) and external factors (e.g., organizational support, etc.) may impact the individual's perceptions of P-O fit and organizational attractiveness in complementary and/or supplementary P-O fit situations.
We have room for another paper or two. Those who have ongoing studies on P-O fit and are interested in participating in the symposium can email the organizers of the submission at mastakho@gmail.com. We look forward to working with you.
