    Greetings!

    Apologies for cross-postings.

A few colleagues and I are working on a symposium for Academy that seeks to bridge the topics of work-family balance and leadership. Specifically, the papers that are part of the proposal investigate work-family balance as it affects leaders, organizational initiatives to help leaders address work-family balance issues, and how these issues affect perceptions about leaders (e.g., advancement). The three papers focus on the experience of women leaders versus male leaders balancing work and family.

We are looking for one paper that adds value to this symposium. If you have data that relates to this topic and are interested in participating, please email me at nathalie.castano@wayne.edu. We would need the synopsis of your paper by January 4th, the latest, to finish writing the proposal.

    Happy Holidays!
