    Greetings Members:

    Colleagues and I are currently working on a project examining the processes that allow individuals to engage in various types of behaviors
    and the emotions that are associated with those behaviors. The major goal of our project is extend and integrate theory in this area.
    Currently, we are having difficulties locating necessary scales to complete our project. We are asking members of the community
    if they may be able to provide some guidance for the following scales or related scales:

    1) Self-Respect and/or Self-Contempt
    2) Moral Person
    3) Uneasiness
    4) Shame (related to a behavior not propensity to feel shame)
    5) Impression Management (specifically - excuses, justifications, and accounts)

    Dear Justice,
    My colleagues and I recently created a scale on guilt and shame proneness (the GASP) that is relevant to your project. The guilt proneness scale of the GASP (which measures one's propensity to feel guilt, or "trait guilt" rather than "state guilt") predicts moral decision making and behavior, such acting honestly and ethically in negotiation. The article describing the scale's development is currently in press at JPSP. I've attached it for you (the scale is listed in the Appendix).

    I am working on a project seeking to measure the relationship between leadership behaviours, group identity and intention to attend. Are there any scales you can recommend measuring any of these 3 - leadership behaviours, group identity and intention to attend?

    Have you considered any of these? Also, you may want to check the Center for Creative Leadership catalogue because I think they published a leadership resource that might get you closer to what you are seeking in terms of a list of measures for leaders' behavior.
