I am working on a meta-analysis involving the Big Five personality traits and how its validity changes over time. I am seeking unpublished papers that assess the relationships between Big Five personality traits and job performance. As the meta-analysis focuses on the changes in the significance of personality traits as predictors of job performance over employment tenure, it is important for the study to provide information on participants' organizational tenure, position tenure, age, and/or job experience (so, for example, knowing the mean job tenure of the sample would be extremely useful).
Please contact me if you have any study that I could use for this meta-analysis. Additionally, if you know someone who might have unpublished work in this area, I would greatly appreciate it if you could forward this email to them.
